I'm Prashanthi Gopalakrishnan — Child Nutrition Coach, Parent Wellbeing Advocate, and Yoga Practitioner. My most meaningful title, however, is being a mother to my two daughters, who continue to inspire this journey.
I transitioned from a career in IT to child nutrition because I believe parents deserve informed, practical, and compassionate guidance in raising healthy, happy children. I've been where you are — balancing work, family, and the constant decisions around meals, routines, and wellbeing. That lived experience, combined with my training, allows me to connect deeply with parents and offer support that truly works in real life.
